REGISTRATION
Registration will be based on a first come first served basis. Registrations will be automatically closed as soon as the total number of participants have been achieved.
Registration for the Jog For Hope Jogathon will be open from the 1st of July 2009 to the 15th of July 2009. Registration forms can be handed at the Front Desk of Taylor’s College Sri Hartamas. For payment methods, please refer below.
The closing date for registration is the 15th of July 2009. However, if there are still places left, registrations will be accepted until 7.30am on the 19th of July

PAYMENT
For both Under 17 and Taylorians category, RM15 will be charged upon registration.
For the Open and Veterans category, RM30 will be charged upon registration.
All payments can be made by either cash or by cheque:
CASH payments are to be made at registration booths or at the Front Desk of Taylor’s College Sri Hartamas.
CHEQUE payments must be addressed to Taylor’s Malaysia Sdn Bhd attached to the registration form.
Registration via POSTAGE can be addressed to:
TreeHuggers Club, Taylor’s College Sri Hartamas, G1, Ground Floor, No. 62 Jalan Sri Hartamas 1, Sri Hartamas, 50480 Kuala Lumpur
- with the registration form attached together with the CHEQUE.
NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED VIA POSTAGE.
Registration and payment can be made from the 1st to the 15th 19th of July 2009 at the Front Desk of Taylor’s College Sri Hartamas.

OFFICIAL RECEIPTS
Please ensure that you receive an OFFICIAL RECEIPT after making a payment. This receipt will be proof of your payment and donation to charity and might be needed to collect the Registration Pack.
